Dukan Diet Program


Diet is a program which must be followed regularly to maintain the fitness. Many people follow the diet but they many not be correct. I suggest you to follow the Dukan diet program for quick and good result. For this you need to follow 4 steps:

  1. Firstly, You need to avoid the meat with sugar and take the low calories of meat like chicken, fish, beef.
  2. Secondly, Vegetables are very good for supplying enough proteins to your body. You can take up the vegetables like pea's, carrot and more.
  3. Thirdly, take fruits, bread slice with bit of cheese.
  4. Fourthly, 3 table spoon of oat bran a day. walk for 20 minutes. avoid sweets as it contains high calories.
